Wellness Retreats
Our themed 3-day retreats called 'A Weekend of Healing' are held in March and October, providing a safe, comfortable and healing environment, which is both educational and experiential. Call Glennda Adair at  (949) 707-5691

Breast Cancer Educational Support Group
A six-week program designed for newly diagnosed cancer patients. Facilitated by breast cancer survivor, Barbara Scott, this group provides an opportunity for breast cancer patients to learn more about their disease and find support among others diagnosed with breast cancer. Partners in Recovery
As part of the six-week breast cancer educational support program, this unique group of men provides support to partners of patients with breast cancer. In addition, they are available to provide one-on-one telephone support.

Kids Konnected Support Group
A group offering friendship, understanding, education, and support for kids ages 4-18 who have a parent with cancer. Facilitated by Katie Kern, LCSW

Lymphedema Educational Support Group
Provides information and support to patients who develop Lymphedema. Through presentations and discussion, patients learn to identify and manage symptoms, understand proper therapeutic treatment, and utilize the dedicated resources that are available in the community.

YWCA Free Mammograms
Mammograms, clinical breast exam, breast self-examination and other educational materials offered to women 40 years and older, without medical insurance and needing financial assistance.
